My Photo Gallery: the world as I see it; frame by frame, pixel by pixel
I've always loved photography. Ever since my mom bought me my first SLR camera I was hooked. It was a Pentax K-1000 which was totally manual and so you had to learn about shutter speed, apertures settings and film ISO but once you did it took great photos, then I had a Vivitar which was an upgrade as it had some auto features. The downside was that you had develop rolls of film, which might contain just one or two really good photos as opposed to just snapshots, there was also the problem of storage (I have shoeboxes full of envelopes), albums and of course misplaced film negatives. Then came the digital age: I bought a Casio <1mp, a fuji finepix 1.75mp, a fuji S5100 4mp w/ 10x followed a Panasonic FZ50 10mp with a Leica 35-420 fixed lens which I still use along with an 18mp Canon DSLR. Now my storage are CDs and DVD discs and SD cards and I only print what I want, but for now I'm content with what I have and hope to refine my craft. I've had some of my favorites done on canvas and gallery wrapped or giclee prints that I've framed. But now I can share my passion with online viewers all over the world. be sure to bookmark this page because I will be adding galleries frequently. Enjoy.
